Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join our Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Operations Processes team. This position will involve managing projects related to systems integrations (such as implementation of new EDIs), systems implementation, fixes and enhancements, and business process improvements. This position will also coordinate supply and demand planning strategic initiatives, and act as a point of contact for company-wide projects, reporting project status and workflow progress.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage systems integration and implementation projects.

  • Create and track enhancement and bug-fix tickets with development teams.

  • Oversee supply and demand planning projects, including new product introductions and end-of-life devices.

  • Serve as the primary contact for company-wide projects and report on project status to stakeholders.

  • Support product management by writing user stories and collaborating with development teams.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project milestones, manage budgets, and mitigate risks.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

As a successful Senior Project Manager, you will have:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain operations, with significant exposure to technology-driven environments

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management

  • Understanding of systems integration, systems implementation, and supply and demand planning tools

  • Experience with business process improvements and system enhancements

  • Excellent reporting and communication skills

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
