Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Roaming Coordinator to join our team. The Roaming Coordinator will manage the logistics of our roaming services, ensuring seamless connectivity for our customers across various networks and locations. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role you will:

  • Coordinate and manage roaming agreements with network operators.

  • Monitor and analyze roaming traffic to identify trends and optimization opportunities.

  • Act as the primary contact for roaming-related inquiries from stakeholders and partners.

  • Collaborate with product development, sales, and customer support teams to enhance the roaming experience.

  • Conduct reviews of roaming performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.

  • Stay informed about industry developments, regulations, and best practices in roaming services.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

As a successful Roaming Coordinator, you will have:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, telecommunications, or related field.

  • Proven experience in telecommunications, with specific knowledge of roaming services and agreements preferred.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data for informed decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and negotiating effectively.

  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $54,650.00/Year - $78,100.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
