Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a Senior Engineer , you will closely work with Wireless Cloud Technology and Wireless Data Managements teams to identify the data processing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Evangelist for data engineering function leveraging big data processing framework
Creation and optimization of data engineering pipelines for analytics projects
Support data and cloud transformation initiatives
Support our software engineers and data scientists
Contribute to our cloud strategy based on prior experience
Understand the latest technologies in a rapidly innovative marketplace
Independently work with all stakeholders across the organization to deliver enhanced functionality
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or 4+ years of equivalent experience
Skills and Qualifications:
Must be from a Data Warehouse/Big Data background
Experience in AWS services such as EMR, Glue (serverless architecture), S3, Athena, IAM, RedShift, Iceberg Lambda and CloudWatch
Experience working with external job schedulers such as autosys, aws data pipeline, airflow etc.
Experience with Data Governance, Data Catalog and Data Management
Good understanding of AI/ML concepts
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
