Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a digital marketing expert in the areas of Digital Marketing & Ad Operations to facilitate, operationalize and execute attention-grabbing Programmatic, Social and Video campaigns that drive results. The successful AdOps Strategist will work closely with our internal creative agency and digital tactic teams to bring to life our creative and media strategy through AdOps, DCO, trafficking, pixel and url creation and validation, QA, delivery and to share insights from reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support digital strategy, brand, testing, offers, campaigns, creative, and media teams to deliver media campaigns through ad development, operations, trafficking, tagging and url/parameter creation, QA, validation and reporting

  • Assist in coordination of digital best practices, inform with previous learnings, detail ad specifications, formats, sizes and needs to have creative assets developed by our internal creative agency, take delivery of assets and build out in platform as static, animated, native, feed, video or dynamic creative for trafficking across our various lines of business and tactics

  • Ensure that creative and ad setup ladder up to the strategy and media plans for a given initiative and are executed quickly with great attention to detail

  • Assist in vetting and implementation of new technology partners/ products/ platforms including but not limited to cross-device tracking, ad verification, attribution, call tracking platforms, APIs, brand safety, advanced pixel tracking, SDKS, DSPs, Social and Video platforms and Ad Servers

  • Communicates complex concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner, with comfort speaking to executives, across audiences - including senior leadership - with varying levels of expertise

  • QA tag and pixel implementation, troubleshoot with IT, and external ad-servers

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized 4-year college or university

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience with digital marketing; ad operations, trafficking, dynamic creative optimization; creative strategy, development and feedback; planning, execution and reporting

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record delivering profitable digital marketing results and other KPIs; Experience with ad operations, including leading and/or training others, in an agency setting or internal brand team a strong plus

  • Hands-on-keyboard Ad Operations experience (Flashtalking, TTD, DV360, Yahoo and Amazon, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube) and experience managing omnichannel (DCO, static, animated, feed ads, video, native) social and programmatic campaigns

  • Experience with MMM/MTA, and various attribution models; strong quantitative orientation with expertise in data analysis and insights; strong detail orientation

  • Extensive experience with Excel and Google Spreadsheets; comfort with pivot tables, vlookups and other analytical functions

  • Working knowledge of e-commerce and ad ops (shopify, adobe, pixels, etc.)

  • Excellent communication, cross-functional and relationship management skills with ability to work in environments of various product lifecycle maturities, while keeping business objectives top of mind

  • Demonstrated success in planning rapid optimization and test-and-learn agendas and ability to work effectively and in an error-free manner under right time constraints

  • Passion for the constantly-changing digital landscape with finger on the pulse of emerging digital platforms and trends

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
