Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Finance Manager position falls within our Customer Experience Organization (CXO) Finance Team. Our financial team is composed of passionate individuals who want to drive business strategy that puts us in a winning position. They are responsible for planning, designing, and implementing financial and operational cost analyses and models, identifying trends, and recommending methods for improvement to our executive team. Additional responsibilities will include budgeting and forecasting, and long term strategic planning support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Planning – perform analyses, in collaboration with CXO senior management, to improve the financial performance at our CXO call centers across the globe, and make the investments required to deliver an exceptional CX across all lines of business

  • Budgeting and Forecasting – responsible for creating a departmental budget for 6 lines of business and providing daily, weekly, and monthly forecasting updates to CXO management

  • Drive Business Strategy – continuously monitor financial performance and push internal and external partners at all levels to deliver better financial results and put us in a winning position

  • An Expert in Excel and Modeling – able to design, maintain, and implement models to ultimately improve business through data analytics

  • A Good Business Partner – able to build strong relationships with the forecast, scheduling, skill strategy, data and front line teams, across all business lines, to understand drivers of financial performance and potential levers, collaborate on and implement solutions, and communicate across all levels of management

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in a quantitative field, and 5+ years of related professional experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience; MBA, MS-Finance, or Master's in another quantitative field a plus

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to support, develop and mentor team members; previous management experience a plus

  • Well-developed oral and written presentation skills, with the ability to summarize complex concepts into understandable and easy-to-follow presentation material; must be comfortable presenting information to large groups and to executive management

  • Excellent quantitative and analytical abilities, with proficiency in mathematical and financial concepts and ability to define problems, seek and collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; experience in call center operations a plus

  • Excellent teamwork skills with ability to establish productive working relationships with other departments and personnel, at all levels

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, with some knowledge of database basics helpful (SQL); experience with Hyperion Financial Planning, OneStream, and our GL structure a plus

  • Strong attention to detail in all of their analyses and work

  • Experience with or ability to work in a fast paced, high throughput environment

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
